The Dutch Circle of Fuchsia friends (NKvF) attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. In this privacy policy, we want to provide clear and transparent information about how we deal with personal data.

We do everything we can to guarantee your privacy and therefore treat your personal data with care.
The Dutch Circle of Fuchsia friends (NKvF) will abide by in all cases all applicable laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation.

Processing of personal data of members.
Personal details of members are processed by the Dutch Circle of Fuchsia friends (NKvF) for the following objective(s):
– Administration purposes;
– Communication about the notification and / or invitations;
– Provide the notification with the subscription.

– The registration as a member of the NKvF;

Processing of personal data for the sending of the association bulletin “Fuchsiana”.

Personal data of Fuchsiana subscribers are provided by the Dutch Circle of Fuchsia friends (NKvF) processed for the following objective (s):
– Informing the person by means of news.
The basis for this personal information is:
– The registration as a member of the NKvF;

For the above objective(s) the Dutch Circle of Fuchsia friends (NKvF) could ask the following personal data from you:

Your personal data is stored by the Dutch Circle of Fuchsia friends (NKvF) for the above-mentioned processing for the period:
– During the period that one is a member of the NKvF.

Processing information from interested parties.
Personal data of interested parties are provided by the Dutch Circle of Fuchsia friends (NKvF) processed for the following objective (s):
– Provision of information in the form of newsletters and / or targeted contacts.

The basis for this personal information is:
– Registration as interested, Oral or written permission and / or issue business card;

For the above objective(s) the Dutch Circle of Fuchsia friends (NKvF) could ask the following personal data from you:

Processing of personal data of volunteers.
Personal data of volunteers by the Dutch Circle of Fuchsia friends (NKvF) are processed for the following purpose(s):
– being able to provide the volunteer with work.
The basis for this personal information is:
– The data provided by the volunteer.

For the above objective(s) the Dutch Circle of Fuchsia friends (NKvF) can ask the following personal data from you:

– Bank account number:
Your personal data is stored by the Dutch Circle of Fuchsia friends (NKvF) for the above processing for the period:
– During the period that people work voluntarily and then only in the financial administration for a maximum of 7 years,

Provision to third parties.
The information you give to us can be provided to third parties if necessary for carrying out the above described purposes.
For example, we use a third party for:
– Providing the internet environment of the AVG program;
– Taking care of the association bulletin “Fuchsiana” and invitations;
– Taking care of the website of the NKvF.

We never pass on personal data to parties with whom we don’t have a formal renegotiation agreement.
Of course we make the necessary arrangements with these parties (processors) to ensure the security of your personal data. Furthermore, we will observe the statement made by you not to provide data to other parties, unless this is legally required and permitted.
As an example of this is that in the context of an investigation, the police could request (personal) data from us.
In such a case we must cooperate and are therefore obliged to do so and to provide data.
We can also share personal data with third parties if you gave us written permission to do so.

Within the EU.

We do not provide personal data to parties which are located outside the EU.

Minors.

We only process personal data of minors (persons younger than 18 years) if written permission is given by the parent, guardian or legal representative.

Waiting time.

The Dutch Circle of Fuchsia friends (NKvF) does not store personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was provided or required by law.

Security.
We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to process personal data to protect you from unlawful processing, for example, we have taken the following measures:
– All persons who can access your data on behalf of the Dutch Circle of Fuchsia friends (NKvF), are bound to confidentiality thereto;
– We use a username and password policy on all our systems;
– We pseudonymise and ensure the encryption of personal data if there is reason to do so;
– We make back-ups of the personal data in order restore it in case of physical or technical incidents;
– We regularly test and evaluate our measures;
– Our volunteers have been informed about the importance of the protection of personal data,

Rights concerning your data.
You have the right to see, rectify or change the personal information we hold and received from you.
You can also object to the processing of your personal data (or part of this) by us or by one of our processors.
You also have the right to transfer the information you have provided us with, transfer directly the information you have provided to us on your behalf to another party. We can ask you to identify yourself before we can respond to the aforementioned requests.

Should we process your personal data on the basis of your permission, then you always have the right to withdraw this permission.

Complaints.

If you have a complaint about the processing of your personal data, we ask you to contact us directly. If we do not come to an agreement with you, then of course we find this very bad.
You always have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, this is the supervisory authority in the field of privacy protection.
