F.The Botanic Garden' and 'The Botanist' from Benjamin Maund

To Dutch version

Benjamin Maund F.L.S. was highly appreciated by the excellent quality of his botanical editions 'The Botanic Garden' and 'The Botanist' , published in the period 1820-1840. Many illustrations in these editions he let made by women. So made Mrs. Withers 100 from the 250 plates in 'The Botanist'.
